There are no physical tickets - your final receipt after payment must be either shown on smart phone email, photographed from PC screen or printed off. 

The Experience Will Last on average 30 minutes from entry. At busy periods the duration may be increased up to 1 hour.

The entry time is very much estimated, every family spends varying amount of time with Santa at the end of the experience, hence your entry time may be delayed by up to 30-40 minutes, our cast members will ensure you are made aware of any delays on arrival.

Special Fast Pass  (please ask on arrival)

For children with special needs such as Autism who may find difficulty with waiting. This entitles the user and their family WHERE POSSIBLE to gain faster access to Santa's Grotto when shown to cast members.
