 PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE ENTRY TIME SO YOU CAN ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENTS

Make Sure Everyone Has Used The Toilet and Ready For Entry Time

Arriving late means you miss your slot as each slot of 16 enter together and the experience commences immediately.

We will try to accommodate by swapping with early arrivals, do bear in mind if you have booked the last slot of the day there will be no way to offer a late entry as cast members will be leaving the set and refunds cannot be offered on the day for failure to arrive on time.

The Experience Will Last on average 30 minutes from entry to the experience. At busy periods the duration may be increased up to 1 hour.

 The entry time is very much estimated, every family spends varying amount of time with Santa at the end of the experience, hence your entry time may be delayed by up to 30-40 minutes, our cast members will ensure you are made aware of any delays on arrival.

 Special Fast Pass  (please ask on arrival)

 For children with special needs such as Autism who may find difficulty with waiting. This entitles the user and their family WHERE POSSIBLE to gain faster access to Santa's Grotto when shown to cast members. 

 SPECIAL EFFECTS WARNING 

Warning
The Santa’s Magical Grotto Experience contains various special theatrical effects.
Including sound, moving lights,strobe lighting, falling snow and motion effects in the train area.
The train simulator windows contain flashing images that can be dangerous to any viewers with photosensitive epilepsy.
If you feel that this may be unsuitable for your child or indeed attending adults please refrain from booking.
If symptoms of nausea, headaches or dizziness begin to occur, we recommend that you ask to exit the experience by informing the closest staff member as soon as possible.
